The Buyer agrees that fabric, leather and mattress protection sales are final, not returnable and not refundable.The Buyer agrees that any goods exposed to smoke, animals, wear, tear, and use are not returnable. Any allowed return is at the sole discretion of Legacy Furniture Company, and the Buyer agrees that should Seller allow such a return in it’s sole discretion, a 30% restocking fee will apply to the total of the ticket.

This cart comes mounted on durable casters for easy mobility with a frame that is crafted from thick, clear acrylic that’s both lightweight and sturdy. The top and lower shelf are each made from clear tempered glass. The bottom shelf comes with a metal gold chrome-finished bottle holder for three wine or liquor bottles and a hanging stemware storage rack offers a functional and beautiful display option.
