The Buyer agrees that fabric, leather and mattress protection sales are final, not returnable and not refundable.The Buyer agrees that any goods exposed to smoke, animals, wear, tear, and use are not returnable. Any allowed return is at the sole discretion of Legacy Furniture Company, and the Buyer agrees that should Seller allow such a return in it’s sole discretion, a 30% restocking fee will apply to the total of the ticket.

The Amish bed features a framed two panel headboard with clean lines and simple angles. With rustic cherry; we have left in many of the cherry knots to accentuate the unique grain pattern only found in American cherry lumber.
